personalized care plan tailored to your needs. If a prescription is required, MediVolo will ensure it is sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice for convenient pickup or delivery.

Appointment scheduling is based on the availability of family practitioners within your province. Each practitioner’s real-time availability is displayed in the MediVolo booking calendar, allowing you to conveniently select and confirm an appointment that best fits your schedule - often on the same day or the following day.

When further diagnostic testing is needed, your MediVolo physician can order laboratory tests or imaging (such as X-rays or ultrasounds) electronically. You’ll receive clear instructions on where and how to complete your tests at an approved facility near you, ensuring a smooth and coordinated care experience.

In many cases, appointments with MediVolo physicians are covered under your provincial health plan, while certain services may have out-of pocket fees if not insured. For any uninsured service, MediVolo provides clear, upfront pricing before you confirm your booking. Uninsured patients can still book appointments with MediVolo physicians. These visits are available on a self pay basis, with transparent, affordable pricing shown before booking.
